ABOUT US

Emerald View Estates is a vibrant community of over 81 homeowners located in Redmond, Oregon just minutes from downtown.  Our community was built in 2020 and consists of well-maintained, single-family homes.  Within our community, you will find common areas, large sidewalks, and beautiful Cascade mountain views.  We pride ourselves on our open spaces and close proximity to shopping and easy access to Highway 126 and 97.

A strong Homeowner’s Association maintains our community with a board of 5 members.  Our small annual dues ensure that Emerald View Estates remains a safe, attractive, clean family-friendly place to live.
